The Niagara Elite Co-Ed Adult Flag Football League is built for adults who love the game and want a competitive, social, and inclusive football experience. Our league welcomes players of all skill levels — from former athletes to first-time players — in a fun, fast-paced, and well-organized environment.

Played under NFL Flag–style rules, the league emphasizes skill, strategy, and sportsmanship while maintaining a non-contact format that keeps the game safe and exciting. Teams compete weekly with structured scheduling, certified officials, and a focus on fair play and respect.
